Classroom Assistant Special Needs Support

We have an exciting opportunity for a very experienced and talented Specialist Learning Assistant SEND to join our team.
This is a permamant role with a 6 months probationary period to start in September 2026.
You will be required to take an active role within The Poplars team (our SEND provision) working with children across KS1 & KS2.
- This will include:
- Supporting children and young people who have a range of significant and often complex SEND
- Working within a team to overcome barriers to learning and enable every child to make progress
- Inspire & empower children of all abilities and ensure they can take an acitve part in a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Building effective relationships with other agencies, colleagues, children and families Implementing bespoke interventions, gathering information and contributing towards planning and assessments
