We take part in regular activities to support and promote a good understanding of mental health. From #helloyellow Day and Time to Talk Day through to Empathy week, there are many opportunities to explore the importance of good mental health and the simple ways we can help ourselves and others.
Please also check out the mindfulness sessions available below. Find some time for yourself (only needs 5 minutes) and complete the mindfulness session for adults or practice a mindfulness session with your child/children/as a class. Thank you to our MindMate Ambassadors who have worked hard to prepare and record the mindfulness sessions for children.
